I am a fitness professional trained to assess the musculoskeletal system for imbalances, muscle dysfunction and movement restriction.

I develop personalized and intentional wellness plans for women, including pregnant and postpartum moms, focused on reducing aches and pains, building strength, and incorporating healthy lifestyle habits.

My Approach:

Step 1: Online Assessment

Before we begin, you’ll complete an online assessment to help me understand your lifestyle, aches/pains, and personal goals.

Step 2: Corrective Exercise Assessment

We'll schedule a detailed session where I’ll evaluate muscular imbalances, posture, mobility, and movement patterns. We will also discuss stress, sleep, and nutrition.

Step 3: Tailored Wellness Plan

Based on the assessment, I’ll create a customized wellness plan that will improve strength, increase mobility, and empower you to incorporate healthy habits into your lifestyle.
